Changes in Party Numbers

We understand that plans are subject to change, however to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant and maintain a prompt service to our customers, it is vital that you inform us ahead of time of any significant changes in your party's numbers.

Late / Partial Arrivals

Your table will be held for a maximum of 5 minutes after your booking time. After this time, your booking will be cancelled and the tables offered up to other customers. It is vital that you inform us if you are running late for your booking.

In cases where part of a group do not arrive on time, it is at the managers discretion whether to hold the full table for up to a further 15 minutes, or to offer part of the area back to other customers.

Payment / Charges

To book a certain group sizes at Stack and Still, a card detail is required to secure your booking. Until a card detail is stored on file against your booking, we will continue to take enquiries for the date in question. We urge all interested groups to provide a card detail to secure their booking at the earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.

Table Policy

Tables for large parties are subject to our table policy. We respectfully ask that customers vacate their tables after the required time in order to allow other customers to experience Stack and Still. During peak times this time is 90 minutes.

Proof Of Age / Abusive Behavior

Stack and Still operates on a zero-tolerance policy with regards to both underage drinking and inappropriate behaviour. Proof of age will be required for every guest wishing to purchase alcohol. Stack and Still will not tolerate any abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards it's staff or other customers.

Terms for large groups (8+ Guests)

• Large party bookings are not available at peak times. Peak times are between 11am and 3pm on Saturdays and 10am and 3pm on Sundays.
• Please contact the venue directly to book larger parties.

Card Only Policy

Stack & Still are a cashless business. We accept payment by credit or debit card, Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay. This policy is on display in our branches for customer reference.

• Cashless operations are safter for our teams, as it reduces the chance of robbery or violent crime.
• Being cashless allows us to offer smoother service as handling cash is a bottleneck which can slow service.
• Time saved by not counting cash is used for training and coaching, improving your experience.

This deal is available all day, 7 days a week from 10th October 2023

Deal Terms

• This promotion is not available at our Glasgow Airport Kiosk or Bonnie & Wild Marketplace location.
• This deal is only available to children under the age of 10 years old.
• A child receiving the deal is entitled to one free pancake when accompanied by a full paying adult purchasing a Signature or Build Your Own stack.
• Any additional pancakes or toppings/sauces will be charged at standard menu prices.
• This deal cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
• One free pancake per child and adult pairing. For example, two adults with 5 children would be entitled to two free pancakes.

Competition Terms

• Win a Single Signature Stack at any of our locations (excluding kiosk locations such as Glasgow Airport or Bonnie & Wild Marketplace).
• Single pancake Signature Stacks only. Double or Short Stacks not included.
• To enter, you must photograph your meal at Stack & Still and post it to Instagram, tagging us (@stackandstill).
• One lucky winner per week will be selected by our team.
• We will contact you via Instagram direct message to award you your prize.

Student Discount Offer

Deal Terms

• Discount rate is 25%
• Cannot be used in combination with any other deal or offer.
• This offer cannot be shared with others at your table. The discount applies to the student ID holder only.
• Available all day Monday to Friday, and after 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Proof of student status (student card or equivelant) must be shown. Management reserve the right refuse access to the offer based upon lack of valid student card or similar.
• Stack & Still consider a student to be someone currently attending either a college or university course.

Gift Cards / Monetary Vouchers

Bonnie & Wild

We are unable to redeem Stack & Still gift cards at our location inside Bonnie & Wild at St James's Quarter, Edinburgh. This is due to the fact that this location is a concession within the Bonnie & Wild market hall and not an independant branch of Stack & Still.
